Install Android Kitkat 4.4.2 on htc hd2

" Hi guys today I'm going to teach you how to      install  Android Kitkat  on htc hd2 which is a windows 6.5 based phone

         So guys lets get started "

 Steps / Instructions of installing:-

- first you want to download the following items:-
- Htc hd2 toolkit.
-HSPL 4.0
-NexusHD2-Kitkat-CM11.0_V4.1.zip
-An 8 or 16 or 32 gb micro sd class 10 card
-Mini partion tool wizard
-A USB cable and a pc or wahtever

So lets get started 
- first go to bootloader mode in the phone by pressing power of button and volume down button  simultaneously.
- connect the usb cable 
- open hspl4 in pc and flash the phone.
- whet it shows 100% in the phone press the power button and volume key button down.
- you will enter in bootloader mode .
- now open the htc hd2 toolkit .
- select Wipe(Task29).
- flash your phone.
- whet it shows 100% in the phone press the power button and volume key button down.
- now install custom rom in htc hd2.
- whet it shows 100% in the phone press the power button and volume key button down.
- now click on Install MAGLDR  and flash the phone.
- " this time after showing 100% we don't want to press the power and volume button. " 
- continue it to boot 
- after it get into bootloader mode , click on USB flasher. 
- now open up htc hd2 toolkit.

NOW PARTION THE MEMORY CARD
 - insert the memory card via card reader. not via a phone.

Back into booting
-in chose system partion on left side odf toolkit chose 350 mb
- and cache size as 5 mb
- coppy the kitkat rom to memory card and insert it .
- select repartion button in the toolkit.
- after flashing the phone select ad recovery . 
- you will be now redirected to CWM recovery mode .
- now select wipe data / factory reset.
- now select wipe cache partion.
- now select install zip from sd card .
- choose zip from sd card .
- select the zip of kitkat rom.
- continue with next.
- when you reach 3 options like DATA@NAND etc
- select second option data @ ext.
- select full install.
- i recomend disable softkeys.
- after install select reboot manually 
- reboot manually .
